What are the lease lengths offered at Heron Pointe?
Our team offers six-month, nine-month, and twelve-month lease terms to our applicants and residents. Please speak with us directly to learn more about deposit and amount differences for each length option.
Is there a pet deposit and other pet restrictions?
Yes, our apartments require a $300 refundable pet deposit, as well as an additional rent charge of $35 per pet, per month. Heron Pointe Apartments also has a 50-pound weight limit for animals living in our complex and restricts ownership to two pets per unit. Please contact us directly to learn more about our pet restrictions before signing a lease.
Is on-site storage, such as a garage or storage unit, available to tenants?
Although we do not have on-site storage available, we do offer a discount code for Windsor Self Storage to assist our tenants with storage needs and vehicle safety. Our team is proud to offer a safe environment for our resident’s vehicles, along with plenty of parking options.
Which utilities are included in the monthly price?
Water, sewer, and trash are included in your monthly rent, so the only ones you will need to obtain and manage on your own as a tenant are electric and gas. During the colder months of the year, snow removal services will be provided by Heron Pointe to ensure a safe walking, driving, and parking environment for our residents and visitors.
How big are your apartments?
At Heron Pointe, we’re proud to offer spacious, comfortable units for our residents! Our Crestone, one bedroom floor plan is 761 sq. ft. The other three floor plans we offer have two bedrooms each. The Sunlight floor plan is 1060 sq. ft, the Antero floor plan is 1116 sq. ft, and the Oxford floor plan is 1008 sq. ft. Are all units updated?
Our units are newly constructed with spacious, open floor concepts, laminate countertops, and sleek, black appliances in the kitchens. We offer a variety of top-tier appliances and amenities to provide you with luxurious living in everything that you do. If you have any questions about updates and specific unit amenities, feel free to reach out to us directly!
How much is the security deposit?
At Heron Pointe, our security deposits are a convenient, flat rate of $600 per application. Please also note that applications also require a $35, non-refundable application processing fee per adult and $150 admin fee per unit due at application. How do I submit a maintenance request?
To submit a maintenance request, contact the onsite manager or call our corporate office. Onsite maintenance service technicians live in the same apartment complex, so there’s no need to wait for one to come to you!
What is there to do nearby?
Because Heron Pointe is located centrally in the Front Range of Northern Colorado, you have easy access to a wide range of entertainment options! Fort Collins, Loveland, and Longmont are all within a 30 minute drive and have a wide range of activities and entertainment options available.
